The Exam feature is available in Education Mode.Exams that have been registered can be checked, and new questions can be registered.
However, surveys can be registered only inside a meeting room.
1. Exam/Surveys : Check and give exam & surveys
New questions can be registered. Registered questions can be checked.
2. Enter the title, question, choices, etc., and then register the question.

Enter the title of the exam.

Enter the question.

Enter the multiple choices. One or more answers must be registered.
4.
Choices may be added.

After entering all of the following items and clicking [Register Question], the registration of the question is complete.

The order of questions can be changed or questions can be deleted.
7.
Questions can be added in both types - multiple-choice questions and short answer questions.
3. It is possible to give and check exams in a meeting room.

Registered Question: It is possible to check exams registered in another meeting room.
•
Type: It is possible to select and view the type of question and survey.
•
Register Exam: Exams can be registered.
•
Search: A registered question can be found through Search.
•
Question History: It is possible to see the history of completed exams and their outcomes.
4. How to copy, modify, and give questions

Click Exam in Registered Question.

A question can be copied, modified, or deleted.
2.
The title of the given question and the question item.
3.
After entering a time and clicking the Start button, the exam is offered to students.
Students can take the test within the period of time provided.
Once a survey or quiz starts, the teacher may check the answer sheets being filled out by students in real-time.

The current status of answers chosen by the student can be checked in real-time.
•
The exam results of the student can be checked in real-time.
•
The test is complete when clicking the "End button".
How to download exam & surveys
•
Click the question in Question History.
•
Click the 'Download as an Excel file' button at the top to download.
FAQ
Q. How is an anonymous survey conducted?
•
Currently, the survey feature is not anonymous. If you wish to proceed in anonymity, change the ID in the meeting room to the identical nickname.
Q. Exam given is not shown in the Exam&Survey History.
•
Choose Exam or Survey under Type and check.
Q. Are scores shown in the Exam Excel file?
•
It is not possible to check scores in the Excel file. In the Excel file, the [Participant] who has solved the questions and [Selected Answers] are displayed.
